Welcome Letter

Welcome to our class page!

If you are enrolled in Resource Reading (this will be listed as "ELA Resource A" on your/your student's schedule), you can find resources for our class, including our class syllabus and important resources. If you are enrolled in one of my co-taught classes, you can find information about those courses on each of my co-teacher's class pages, linked on the "Co-Taught Classes" page.

If you need to reach me, you may do so by emailing me at [email protected] or calling me between the hours of 7:30am-3:30pm on weekdays through the Lone Star front office at (208) 468-4745. I will do my best to respond to all emails and phone messages within 24 hours.

About Me
This will be my fifth year at Lone Star teaching SpEd ELA. I graduated from Villanova University in the Philadelphia area and moved to Idaho shortly after to begin my teaching career closer to my hometown of Salt Lake City. I cherish all of the wonderful relationships I have built with students, parents, and co-workers; Lone Star is truly an amazing community to be a part of! In my spare time I enjoy being outside hiking, camping, skiing...you name it! I look forward to building strong relationships in the coming year and getting to see new and familiar faces alike!
