College and Career Corner

My name is Sadie Bourque and I am your new College and Career Advisor! I am excited to be apart of such a wonderful school and am looking forward to helping you navigate college and career as well as become familiar with the many opportunities that await.

I graduated from the University of Idaho with my B.S. in Psychology. Upon graduating, I got a job as a Developmental Specialist where I assisted students in gaining independent living skills. After working for several years, I returned to school to earn my master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and Human Services from the University of Idaho. My background is in student transition, employment, and advocacy. I was previously employed as a School to Work counselor with the Idaho Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. I worked with teachers, students, and parents to assist with transition to employment and higher education.
What can I help with?
  • Career Exploration
  • Career Pathways
  • Four Year Plans
  • Career Information Systems
  • Transition to High School
  • Employment Readiness
  • Early College Awareness
  • Advanced Opportunities

Students may drop in to the Career Center or set up an appointment either in person with Mrs. Bourque or by e-mail, 8:15-3:15 Tuesday/Wednesdays and Thursdays  8:15-2:15.
